Who are we?

Notaries who share the desire to help other notaries be the most competent they can so they protect signers and themselves.

These notaries have almost 20 years combined experience, are Notary Signing Agents, certified through the National Notary Association. In addition one of our notaries has been a certified instructor for CA mandated training classes approved by the Secretary of State for 7 years. Besides having strong notarial law knowledge, they run their own successful mobile notary businesses which means they can offer suggestions about the business side of being a signing agent, mobile notary, or even an office notary.
